In the highlands of Chiapas Mexico, our founders lived on Hacienda Balam, meaning Jaguar in the Mayan language, where in 1891 the Englishman, Basil K Day, imported a soda water machine into Mexico creating the first sparkling water on Mexican soil.
Sweetened with 100% pressed sugar cane juice, called “Guarapo”, giving it just the right touch of sweetness, while preserving the herbal notes of the sugar cane.
