Our Baja hand made premium Vodka, is made in small batches using the same processes we use to make our gins, 7 times distilled, blending the heart with purified water, and letting it rest for weeks, until the desired body is achieved. The result is a high-quality Vodka that is very smooth to the taste and full-bodied. Ideal to be drunk neat, chilled on the rocks, or ideal to use in any cocktails you want a bright freshness and clean smooth taste to come through.
Oak Barrel Aged Baja Gin
Made in Baja and aged in American White Oak barrels for 6 months, Gin Añejo has plenty of personality.Ideally this gin is enjoyed alone, on the rocks, to savor each sip, but it shines in a Negroni or a dry Martini, it maintains the taste of the gin and the character of the time. Notes of oak, vanilla and red fruits, with good body.
