A refreshing hand crafted Baja Citrus Gin made in small batches using only the highest quality native and imported spices, and using only fresh, whole citrus fruits to obtain the characteristic flavor of our spirit. Notes of Tangerine, Orange, Juniper, Vanilla, and a mixture of other flavors you have yet to discover. Ideal to be mixed in your favorite gin cocktails to give them an extra freshness of natural citrus, or even sipped on the rocks.
Gin Añejo- Oak Barrel Aged Baja Gin
Made in Baja and aged in American White Oak barrels for 6 months, Gin Añejo has plenty of personality.Ideally this gin is enjoyed alone, on the rocks, to savor each sip, but it shines in a Negroni or a dry Martini, it maintains the taste of the gin and the character of the time. Notes of oak, vanilla and red fruits, with good body.
