Our chocolate couvertures are produced from select beans from the cocoa region of Tabasco and the border with Chiapas, which represents and reflects the cocoa variety and richness of the soil of the 70% of Mexican cocoa production. We work exclusively with pure origin Cacao Fino de Aroma, a particular type of cocoa beans classified by the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) for its earthy, flowery, fruity and nutty notes.
This fine chocolate is farmed and produced at Hacienda de la Luz in Tabasco Mexico, the top producing cacao region in Mexico and where cacao originated from. Hacienda de la Luz exports cacao to the best chocolatiers in the world.
